I love how these pots cook but when they arrived, I noticed that one pot was slightly misshapened and one cover had a dent. Another buyer had posted this same problem. I was disappointed.

I love my new set, the only complaint I have is that there should be another pot, possibly 6-quart lidded stockpot. I looked for it as a single product and did't find it so far. Other then that it is all that it claims to be.

I purchased this set 3 years ago after much research. I wanted a set that was easy to clean, I could cook with daily, use in the oven, wouldn't break down like so many of the "non-stick" pans do on the market, something within my budget, and offered a variety of pieces as a set. This is a great set to own if you are looking for those same things. I do not like cooking with anything but hard anodized now. I have learned that I do not need to cook with a higher heat like I did before these pans. I can cook things such as a fried egg or something with cheese and not have an impossible time cleaning the pan afterward. If something doesn't come out immediately I let it set in hot water for 5 minutes, come back to it, and it easily wipes clean without fuss. I have done my best not to use metal utensils with this set. Once in awhile I catch someone else who helps me in the kitchen and over time I have seen a few marks from where forks scraped the pan. That is why I've given this set a 4 and not 5 stars. I will say that where there is a mark, it has never continued to chip away. I have noticed one of my saucepan lids no longer fit as snuggly but I believe it to be caused by the lid being dropped a few times. I have not experienced any major problems with this set that would cause me to want or need them replaced at this time. I use many of the same pans daily. I am however noticing that since we moved a few months ago and I am no longer using my pot rack holder, that when I stack them inside one another, I have a skillet that is losing a little surface along its edge from something rubbing against it. So I would encourage you to use something between the pans if you plan to store them this way. One last thing, I think I remember when buying this set it mentioning that the handles stay cool. I would agree & disagree. I have used both electric and gas heat with this set. When I've used electric they don't seem to get as hot as when I've used gas, unless I have most or allburners being used with electric heat. With gas heat I have learned it's just best to be in the habit of using a hot pad if the heat is anything but low being used. I hope this is helpful if you are considering this set.
