I bought this product after extensive research and I am very happy with the purchase

Pros:
- This is a 100% vegan supplement -- including both the "active" ingredients and the shell.
- Easy to swallow, small, odor-less pills
- Good price

Cons:
- I wish they had Omega 3 and Omega 6 balanced supplements because imbalance between the two is problematic
- There is data about how well vegan DHA works compared to fish DHA

This is a perfectly adequate vegetarian DHA supplement. However, Amerifit Nutrition Ovega-3 -- 500 mg - 60 Vegetarian Softgels, is a MUCH better deal, so I am switching to Ovega. With Deva DHA you get 200mg of DHA and 90 softgels. With Ovega-3 you get 130mg EPA and 320mg DHA at 60 softgels, two softgells of Ovega would outperform three Deva softgels. Additionally, Ovega has 130mg of EPA, and its less expensive. So like I said, Deva DHA is adequate, but there are better deals to be had for this product.

I looked for a long time to find an Omega 3 supplement that didn't have a fishy taste or smell. I'm really pleased with this one. The only thing I would change about this product is the dosage. I take a large dose for dry eye and would prefer to take fewer pills. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this supplement.
