Placed the Amazon order August 30,2011.....Got it September 1,2011. Can't get much better than that. Was concerned if the case would fit my new Poulon Pro 400E 18inch 4HP electric chain saw. Well,let me tell you...it's tailor made. Perfect,with no alterations necessary. It couldn't be better. Packaging was outstanding, a box within a box with plenty of paper cushioning. Five Gold Stars.

bought this case for a 16" poulon pro chainsaw 35cc. plenty of room inside. i have the saw, extra chain and a quart of bar oil inside.

Like others have said, I am not sure why people have problems with the fit. My new Poulan Pro 18" electric saw fits perfectly and have room to put some oil, the extention cord and even the sharpener kit. Just wonderful to keep everything together. Very well made too.
